Our cafes and takeaway options offer a great choice of sweet and savoury treats – from cakes to fish and chips, we’ve got it covered. Enjoy a sit-down meal, cake & cuppa or a well-deserved snack. Or, simply stroll outside and sit on a bench looking at Ben Lomond with a savory or sweet takeaway snack – you decide.

Jurassic Grill
Step back in time…
Welcome to Jurassic Grill…the ultimate dining experience for fans of dinosaurs and delicious food alike. A place where adventurers can explore the wonders of a prehistoric rainforest, and come face to face with their favourite carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores!
Jurassic Grill is open daily from 11am to 9pm – BOOK NOW!
Jurassic Ice Bar
Located on our first floor and accessed Lochside, Jurassic Ice Bar is an amazing dinosaur-themed dessert and cocktail bar. With decor that will delight all the family and a great menu of sweet treats including ice cream, waffles, shakes, buttermilk pancakes and cheesecake. You can also enjoy a hot drinks, wine, prosecco, beers and cocktails such as T-Rex on the Beach or, for younger customers, mocktails such as the Steggy Sour.
Jurassic Ice is open daily from 11am to 7pm (8pm on our Late Night Shopping evenings) with no booking required.
Take away food
We’ve got a range of takeaway options at Loch Lomond Shores so that you can enjoy the fresh air and a snack during your visit. Seven days a week our Churros cabin is open near our coach car park to pick up churros and hot and cold drinks as well as other snacks. Daily throughout August and on weekends during the autumn, we have several takeaway options including BBQ, hotdogs, fries, bubble waffles and lots more. These takeaway options are located in The Gathering area beside Loch Lomond SEA LIFE.
Cafe Zest
Located inside Frasers, Cafe Zest offers a fantastic range of snacks and meals, including Vegetarian, vegan, and child options. With everything from delicious cakes to fish and chips as well as Afternoon Tea, its friendly staff, bright surroundings and fantastic loch views will make this a highlight of your visit to Loch Lomond Shores. Thornton's Caffé at the Shores
For a wide selection of freshly baked cakes and pastries, as well as tasty sandwiches, baked potatoes and paninis, this is a great place to refuel while taking a well-deserved rest from shopping. Relax on one of their comfy sofas or if the weather permits, sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view.

Food and drink festivals
We love hosting events at Loch Lomond Shores and as well as our usual markets each month, we also host two major food and drink festivals annually – Loch Lomond Springfest in April and The Loch Lomond Food and Drink Festival in September.
Our next festival is the Loch Lomond Food and Drink Festival on 4th and 5th of September 2021
Farmers Market
Every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month we welcome the Loch Lomond Market to our beautiful shores. With fresh and local produce piled high on every stall, you really must come along.
Our producers vary dependant on the seasonal availability of their products, but at most Markets, you will find fresh cheese, home-baked bread and cakes, seasonal vegetables, chutneys and oils, freshly baked pies, fresh meats and fabulous smoked fish.
The market kicks off at 10am and runs till around 4pm, but get in early as stock is limited to keep everything as fresh as possible.
